Abstract
In today's high speed circuit applications, it is a common practice to observe interconnect problems such as reflection, crosstalk, etc. Thus, signal integrity during signal propagation turn into the one of main problems of modern circuit integration. In this paper, the signal integrity problem in high-speed interconnection is stated. the signal integrity problem includes reflection, crosstalk, etc, and lists some common improvement method. Making use of a actual PCB, Reflection and crosstalk are simulated using the SPECCTRAQuest software of Cadence PSD 15.1 software package in the design. We improve the PCB based on simulating. Signal integrity problems during signal propagation are improved.
