IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The use of oral clomiphene citrate (I) tablet at a dose of 50 mg/day in the treatment of gynecomastia was studied in 12 boys (aged 12-19 yr). Results showed only small decreases in persistent pubertal gynecomastia indicating that I was not a satisfactory medical therapy for the condition.
