Abstract
In water solutions of mixtures of polysaccharides with potassium oleate or ammonium salt of perfluoropelargonic acid, interaction of the components takes place and is accompanied by complex formation. The establishment of adsorption equilibrium in such cases is controlled by diffusion and is connected with the relaxation processes of the reorientation of surfactant-polysaccharide complexes.
