Abstract Heavy metals, widespread components of emissions of many enterprises of different industries and transport concern to the most dangerous pollutants of atmospheric air, soil, waters, vegetation, and further- animals and human. The Kirov region is included into first ten subjects of the Russian Federation on a ratio of agricultural areas with excess of maximum allowable concentration on heavy metals. The Kirov region is in a northeast part of the European Russia and borders on PredUral. This chapter presents the data on the content and profile distribution of total and mobile forms of heavy metals (HM) (Mn, Fe, Cu, and Ni) in the basic types of soils and parent rocks of the Kirov region. Content of heavy metals increases at direction from the West by the East as increase of participation of Paleozoic deposit rocks in process of soil formation.
