Abstract

J6 Polymers LLC is providing this letter to the Environmental protection Agency (EPA) to inform on the end usage characterization of Tris(2‐chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP) in rigid polyurethane foam. This information is to assist on the risk evaluation due to TCEP’s characterization as a high‐priority substance.
