Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP A highly sensitive and reproducible capillary column GC method with electron capture detection is described for the simultaneous determination of nitroglycerin and its metabolites in human plasma. The method was used for the quantitation of the drug and its metabolites in a bioavailability study, involving the administration of 3 sustained-release preparations over about 4 months.
