Abstract
IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP An in vitro hairless mouse skin permeation system was used to study the permeation kinetics of nitroglycerin released from Nitrodisc, Nitro-Dur, and Transderm-Nitro dosage forms. It was concluded that, even though the drug was released at different rate profiles, it penetrated the skin under the same rate process.
