Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP Errors in the analysis of nitroglycerin (I) IV injections in dextrose (II) solution by the USP content uniformity procedure are reported. Spurious decreases in the concentration of I were due to the interference of II in the diazotization step of the analysis.
