IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The adsorption of nitroglycerin to Posidyne filter material was investigated at 15 and 180 min after institution of an in vitro drip through an administration set simulating clinical conditions. At a 15 ml/h drip rate, negligible adsorption was observed after 15 min. Significantly greater adsorption was found for the Posidyne filter at 180 min when compared to control filters.
