Abstract
HEEP COPYRIGHT: BIOL ABS. Data were presented on the effect of daily oral administration for 14-16 wk of bis(tri-n-butyltin) oxide (0.04 mg/kg), monobutyltin trilaurate (2 mg/kg) and dibutylditrifluoroacetate tin, showing that the functional state of the central and autonomic nervous system of rabbits changes under the chronic effect of small doses of these organotin compounds. The results of studying the electrolytes of the plasma and erythrocytes showed that these compounds did not substantially effect the content of K and Na.
