Abstract
The article presents the spatial hot-wire anemometric probe and the Measurements system based oil it that have been developed in order to conduct the experimental verification of numeric simulation of air flow in mine drifts
The system is adapted to specific work conditions in a mine (variable and non-isothermal flow with a significant degree of pollution and humidity). The hot-wire anemometric measurement system used for the assessment of velocity vector components is based oil three-element sensors integrated with the signal processing system and presents an extension of the system of multipoint simultaneous flow velocity and temperature fields measurement in special condition. The integrated head consisting of a three-element probe and three-element data processing system cooperates with the portable computer measurement data acquisition system
The miniature cylindrical platinum-ceramic sensor is used as the basic element of the measurement line In the presented paper. the results of detailed laboratory tests of this main active element and the whole system are discusses Measurements performed in a special acrodynamic tunnel indicated that the cylindrical platinum-ceramic sensor possess exceptionally favourable metrological properties, particularly in the range of low flows velocities. so it call be used as it construction part of multi-element probe for the assessment of the flow velocity vector components
The triple probe built oil the basis of cylindrical platinum-ceramic sensors, working in mine conditions does not make it necessary to use shields or filters The integrated hot-wire anemometric head used for the spatial flow velocity vector assessment allows for special measurements of ventilation and experimental verification Of numeric models of air flow in mine drifts
