Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The isolation and identification of lapachol and 2 other naphthoquinones from an ethanolic extract of Tabebuia chrysotricha and the analgesic activity in mice of the extract and lapachol are described. Both the crude extract and lapachol exhibited significant analgesic properties.
