IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP A simple, rapid, specific and sensitive HPLC method with UV detection is described for the determination of propafenone and its metabolites, 5-hydroxypropafenone and N-depropylpropafenone, in spiked plasma and plasma from patients chronically treated with the drug.
