Abstract
BIOSIS COPYRIGHT: BIOL ABS. The research thermotolerant coccobaccillus are isolated from the soil, contaminated by oil products, from the Grozno, Mangyshlack deposits. Aerobs, immobile, gram - negative, unspore-formed, don't fermentative the glucose, oxidizing of wide range hydrocarbon: n-alkanes (C8 - C40), ethyl alcohol, oil distillettes (fraction 220-375), pure oil, aromatic hydrocarbons (gasoline, toluence, phenol and so on.). These coccobacilli are closed to group Acinetobacter- Moraxella under morphological and physiologo-biochemical properties. The containing G + C-pairs in DNA of in the range 40,2-41,6 mol%. The researching strains are closed to representatives of Acinetobacter genus by gomology level in DNA, besides that genetic separation on the species level is distinguished. The compared analysis of these research coccobacillus allow us to identify them as new species Acinetobacter oleovorum.
