Abstract
IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The synthesis of alkylating agents from p-hydroxypropiophenone, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and their nitro derivatives was reported and the activities of these compounds were compared to those of ketocaine derivatives. The compounds were evaluated in mice implanted with Ehrilich ascites tumor cells.
