IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The synthesis of 2 series of cyclic and open phenyl substituted analogs of 1,1-dimethyl-4-diphenylacetyloxypiperidinium iodide (4-DAMP) and their antimuscarinic activity in isolated guinea pig left atrium and ileum are described. Phenyl substituents did not appear to affect selectivity markedly.
