Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The determination of clobazam (I), clonazepam (II) and nitrazepam (III) in spiked human serum by high performance LC is described. Recovery was more than 97% for II and III and nearly 100% for I. Linearity was verified up to 250 ng/ml for II and III and up to 500 ng/ml for I.
