Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP A precise and accurate solid phase HPLC method with UV detection is described for the determination of nizatidine (I) in human plasma and urine. The method was used for measuring I in patients' plasma and urine, for assessing patient compliance with prescribed I regimens and for examining the relationship between the I concentration in plasma and antisecretory effects.
