Abstract
IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The successful treatment of vaginal and oral ulcers with topical applications of a gauze poultice impregnated with a suspension of mesalamine (5-aminosalicylic acid; 5-ASA) in water (a total of 1.5 g) daily in a 24-yr-old female with Behcet's disease is described.
