Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The in vitro cytotoxicity of (Pt(pyr)(N-etlm)Cl4) complex (BBR-2889) on the human ovarian carcinoma cell line and on the subline resistant to cis-platinum is described. The compound exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against the cell lines tested.
