Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The effect of relatively low N,N-dialkylalkylamide (N,N-di-n-propylpropionamide) concentrations on steroid (prednisone) absorption from the rat small intestine is reported. The presence of amide enhanced significantly the absorption of the steroid.
