Abstract

IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP The inotropic activity of several 2,5-dimethoxyphenylimidazo(2,1-b)thiazoles in isolated guinea pig atria was investigated. One compound increased myocardial contractility in normal and hypodynamic heart muscle.
