IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP To determine the compatibility of tacrolimus (Prograf) injection with cimetidine hydrochloride (Tagamet) injection in 0.9% sodium chloride, 1 ml of tacrolimus injection (5 mg/ml) and 2 ml of cimetidine hydrochloride (150 mg/ml) injection were placed in a 500 ml flask, and 0.9% sodium chloride injection was added to bring the volume to 500 ml; the solutions were stored at 22-26DGC. Results showed that the solutions remained clear and colorless throughout the study period.
