Thermodynamic parameters of ternary mixtures of cyclohexane, decane and alkanols have been determined at different temperatures from ultrasonic data as well as other physical measurements. The variation of isentropic compressibility (βs), partial molar volume (φv), specific heat ratio (γ) with temperature has been used to assess the state of molecular interaction within the systems. Excess properties like excess molar volume and excess isentropic compressibility on mixing the various components have also been obtained to get an insight into the nature of molecular interactions existing between the multicomponent systems under study.
