Abstract
Since the asbestos made its appearance in Spain, as a material with multiple applications, advantages and excellent properties. And after having lived on top form for a wide stage, there have been many rules and legislations that have been adapted and developed, with the purpose of protecting those people exposed to asbestos. Since then, little by little, it has been demonstrated to prooved the relation between beeing exposed to asbestos and the appearence of serious and irreversible diseases such as, like the asbestosis or mesotelioma.
