The glyphosate-based herbicides in form of isopropylamine or K salts were improved by addn. on ethoxylated tallow amine or a polyglycoside resp., and some com. ad-juvants and studied for their effectiveness in greenhouse expts. on winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus var. Oleifera L) and winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) plants. The highest effectiveness was obsd. when the herbicide contained NH4 salts of polybasic and carboxylic acids, an amine ethoxylate, a guar gum and betaines. The addn. of a mineral fertilizer did not result in any improvement of the herbicidal activity.
