Abstract
IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP A factorial design was used to study the influence of storage time, temperature and humidity on a number of technological parameters of 0.25 mg digoxin tablets containing 10% wheat starch and Emcompress (calcium phosphate dibasic dihydrate). The response surfaces obtained show that, after 9 months storage under certain conditions, the percentage of digoxin dissolved after one h by tablets formed under a compressional force of 4100 N fails to reach the minimum required by USP XXI.
