IPA COPYRIGHT: ASHP A 27-year-old man developed Norwegian scabies following 6 months of therapy with azathioprine (150 mg.) and prednisolone (50 mg.) daily. The patient was treated with a steroid ointment and 1% gamma benzene hexachloride.
