Abstract
The authors report their experience with 39 patients affected by advanced ovarian carcinoma, subjected to cutaneous tests to determine their primary and secondary cutaneous hypersensitivity. They point out the closer correlation of the neoplastic condition with the DNCB test than with the Tine test and stress the high prognostic value of DNCB. Finally, they report on the therapeutic usefulness of levamisole, even though the response duration cannot be exactly evaluated.
