Résumé Au-delà des différentes positions théoriques dans la construction de l'hyperactivité, l'approche clinique de l'enfant hyperactif nous amène à penser la place du corps dans son vécu. En effet, de par la réalité de l'expression des troubles ici définis, nous nous intéressons à l'articulation entre mouvement du corps et mouvement de la pensée. Nous tentons enfin, de manière hypothétique, de comprendre en quoi les manifestations du corps participent à l'équilibre instable du sujet hyperactif. Based on his experience of the clinical expression of hyperactivity, the author's clinical approach of the hyperactive child leads him to analyse the place of the body in the psychomotor experience of the child. The author tries to articulate the relationship between the moving body and the mind's work and to enunciate hypotheses on the participation of the body in the precarious balance of the hyperactive subject.
