Abstract
GC-EI-MS was used to analyze several phthalates in aquatic products. The samples were extracted in ultrasonic bath and cleaned by column chromatography. The linear range of the method was extensive (20.0 similar to 800 mu g/kg, and the correlation coefficients were lager than 0.9995). The precision was better (RSD less than or equal to 14%). The limit of detection was lower (LODDMP = 0.711 mu g/kg; LODDEHP = 5.67 mu g/kg). The recoveries ranged from 74.8% to 119%. It was applied to analysis of hard clam, kelp and octopus, which contains DBP and DEHP. Still, there were a little DMP and DEP in kelp and octopus.
