Abstract
Many of the components of the carbon tetrafluoride plasma studied have not been adequately studied or have not been studied at all. For this reason, it is useful to describe the plasma according to the well-studied spectrum of the C2 radical, one of the components of this plasma even if only in a narrow temperature range. This is the only plasma component for which the Franck-Condon factor and the oscillator strength are known. For plasma diagnostics, the authors studied the system of Swan bands of the electronic transition 3Pigrarr3Piu with a change in the vibrational quantum number Deltav=0.
