Abstract
This paper describes the results of kinetic study on the alternating copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene (St) using boron trichloride (BCl//3) under photoirradiation. The rate of the alternating copolymerization was evaluated from the weight of the copolymer formed per unit volume of copolymerization mixture in a unit polymerization period.
