Abstract
Tensile and fracture properties of acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA)/polycarbonate (PC) blends have been examined across the entire composition range. A positive synergistic effect was observed for elongation-at-break when ASA/PC blends contain more than 50% PC and for fracture toughness (initiation and propagation) when samples contain more than 20% PC.
