Abstract
The single cell gel electrophoresis technique (SCGE) was used to detect the DNA damage of spermary cell in mice, which were induced by 9 tested environmental endocrine disrupting chems. The results showed that all the 9 tested substances induced different levels DNA damages, and the dose-response relation were obvious. The high dose group and the control group were significantly different (P <0.01). The degree of DNA damages were partly related to the structure of alkyl hydroxy benzene compd.
