While Korea received high marks in the 'international pledge' and 'law and regulation' categories, Japan has been underestimated in Korea in terms of 'legal regulations' and 'ability to prevent spreading finance'. Internationally proven.In this study, PPIs of 200 countries in the world are classified into three groups, Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3. By analyzing the characteristics and differentiation of each group, it is necessary to secure the legitimacy of Korea's strategic trade management system, In addition to striving for superiority, we have suggested strategic trade and industrial policy implications that use Japanese PPI, which is clearly presented, to discredit Japan's illogical claims and take our industry's competitiveness to the next level.
