Abstract
We propose a technology for producing a luminescing composition based on an organic polymer and nanocrystalline silica, and we report on its optical properties. The basic stages of the proposed technology include the formation of a layer of nanocrystalline porous silicon on a single-crystal silicon substrate by anodic treatment in a solution of hydrofluoric acid, mechanical separation and milling of the material of the porous layer, the preparation of a composition consisting of an organic polymer and the nanocrystalline silicon, the introduction of a catalyst into the composition and its deposition on a substrate, and polymerization.
