[4+2] Cycloaddition reaction between 8-arylidineaminocaffiene and aryl ketene or chloro keten generated in situ from aryl acetyl chloride or chloro acetyl chloride and triethylamine) formed 7,9-diaryl-1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,8-trioxohexahydro-9H-pyrimido[2,1-g]purine in dioxane solvent is described.<
