Shesuo is located in the Shencha County in Tibet, which is a small scale Cu-skarn type multi-metal deposit. Based on the detailed field work, microscope observation and rock identification, scanning eletronic microscope, energy spectrum instrument and ICP-MS analyses, characteristics of facieology and mineragraphy of the deposit were examined. The formation of the Shesuo deposit experience Eye stages: (1) magnetite + cobaltite + Bi + large amount of garnet + less amount of tremolite, genesis temperature up to 800 degrees C; (2) euhedralcorallite (Crl) + molybdenite + emplectite + matildite + aikinite + diopside; (3) wittichenite + Bi-bearing bornite + epidote + uralite + biotite; (4) copper pyrites + bornite + sphalerite + epidote + chlorite, genesis temperature above 228 degrees C; (5) magnetite with low genesis temperature + siderite + hessite + low quartz + flint stone. Main metallic minerals are copper pyrites, bornite, native copper, blue chalcocite, blue malachite, gelenite, sphalerite, molybdenite, native bismuth, wittichenite, emplectite, argentobismutite, emplectite, aikinite, carrollite, pentlandit, cobaltite and arsenojpyrite. The main valuable metal elements are copper, lead, zinc, bismuth and indium, the concentration of these elements up to the lowest level for exploration. Shesuo deposit is a typical bimetasomatism skarn deposit and prospecting work on the genesis of the deposit was poorly carried. This made the comprehensive utilization of these elements and improvement of the economic values possible.
