Abstract
A novel metal-organic framework, namely, [Mn(tib)(2)(HCOO)(2)]-2H(2)O(1, tib = 1,3,5-tri(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene) is prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by the elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. A green-hand grinding technique is implemented to reduce the particle size of1to generate nanoscale particles (denoted as nano-1hereafter). The effect of treatment of peri-implantitis diseases with nano-1is evaluated.
