Abstract

Spirit AeroSystems appreciates the opportunity to comment on the draft Toxic Substances Control Act TSCA Risk Evaluation for Perchloroethylene (Draft Risk Evaluation) by the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"). Spirit AeroSystems is providing comments on the EPA's risk evaluation of the use of Perchloroethylene ("PCE") in maskant used in chemical milling.
