To report refractive outcomes of scleral-fixated intraocular lens (IOL) implantation with Gore-Tex (W.L. Gore & Associates, Newark, DE) suture and combined pars plana vitrectomy and compare predicted refractive outcomes among 5 IOL power calculation formulas.
