Abstract
Mad cow disease, Mad cow disease in human being and Dementia are all lead by the false protein folding. It is the reason why protein group structure and motility distribution become hot and difficult research topic in the world. We don't know how to change that protein forms from amino acid sequence to protein nature structure, it is named the second codon problem. Bionics can describe and solve the problem by simulate the animals' actions. So many researchers study the principle and methods of bionics, then apply bionic algorithms to protein folding, and have some results in this study. This paper starts with a brief overview of the fundamentals of protein folding and methods for protein structure prediction; then an introduction of bionic algorithms and the application of bionic algorithms to the protein folding.
