Abstract
Computer-assisted tools are infrequently adopted for bilingual specialized basic education in China universities and colleges. In order to meet the needs of the development of information society and the cultivation of persons with professional skills, we develop the course learning system through computer-assisted instruction method based on multimedia and network technology for Engineering Thermodynamics curriculum, then recruit three classes from sophomore students with a certain English level as participants and provide three teaching strategies on the course learning system. The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate relative effectiveness of different teaching approaches to Engineering Thermodynamics Course Bilingual Learning System, which has a positive impact on several aspects of educational environment, subjects of education and students quality.
