Abstract
Corpus callosum (CC) involvement is a poor prognostic factor in patients with glioblastoma (GBM). The purpose of this study was to determine whether diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) can quantify occult tumor infiltration in the CC and predict the overall survival in GBM patients.
