The high development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) has implied technological changes in the recruitment and selected of personnel resources. Companies have established their own web sites as new ways of communication with their internal and external environment. In this context had appeared a virtual recruitment and selected labour market.Online recruitment personnel it's more often used by Romanian employers, who wants to recruiting personnel in their companies. The Internet makes that obstacle of space and time to vanish, which appear between employee and employer, mostly now in globalization context.There are also presented the main advantages an electronic resume the classification of Romanian recruitment and selected sites after different criteria. In this context, the Internet became a main way to promote the jobs from companies, which desire to recruit and select the best employees. This paper is the result of our researches during 2005-2006 periods, regarding the virtual labour market in Romania and its actors.
