Abstract
The synthesis of a number of new 2âadamantanone oxime carbamate derivatives 7aâh is described. When tested in the carrageeninâinduced rat paw edema assay, some of the compounds exerted moderate antiâinflammatory activity. In addition, the title 2âadamantanone oxime carbamates showed in vitro antifungal activity against yeast and systemic mycoses and dermatophytes. Copyright © 1987 WILEYâVCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
