Abstract
The proceedings contain 50 papers. The topics discussed include: synthesis of phenylpyridine iridium(III) complexes with nheterocyclic carbene as ancillary ligands; preparation of gellan gum (GG) film: the effect of GG, calcium chloride (CaCl2), glycerol concentration and heat treatment; effects of PEG-polysaccharide coating on electrospun PLA nanofiber; parameters study of lipase-transesterification reaction of ethyl caffeate and glycerol in deep eutectic solvent (DES); computational study towards Schiff base derivatives length as a potential recognition layer in electrochemical DNA sensor; mechanical and antibacterial activities study of gellan gum/virgin coconut oil film embedded norfloxacin; synthesis and characterization of carbamate insecticideintercalated zinc layered hydroxide modified with sodium dodecyl sulphate; synthesis and characterization of hydrophilic polymer nanoparticles using n-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) via emulsion polymerization technique; characteristics of adsorption isotherm and kinetic study for newly prepared Co2+-imprinted polymer linkage with dipicolinic acid; optimization of nepetacataria essential oil extraction yield by ultrasonic-Soxhlet extraction method using response surface methodology; review on cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) as reinforced agent on electrospun nanofibers: mechanical and thermal properties; and removal of cadmium using electrospun nanofibers.
