Abstract
Electrodes of the first kind, reversible to dipropyl- and monoctylferricenium cations, electrodes of the second kind, reversible to BF//4** minus , ClO//4** minus , and BPh//4** minus anions, and a liquid dipropylferrocene electrode are described in the work. Using the values of the standard potentials of the electrode system obtained, the solubility of dipropyl- and monooctylferrocene in water was calculated. The solubility product of dipropyl- and dioctylferricenium slats with BF//4** minus , ClO//4** minus , and BPh//4** minus anions and the distribution coefficient of dipropylferrocene between heptane and water were determined.
