Abstract

GC-MS study of aroma components present in two popular flowers Artabotrys odoratissimus and Alstonia scholaris with unusual floral tone was done and reported in the text. The hexane extract of the flowers were studied and found that these flowers contain certain unusual components along with some common fragrance molecules.
